I’m so disappointed to be writing this. The gloves look nice and like great quality, but the customer service was not there. After I placed the order they said they’d reach out to confirm details, I didn’t get that. In the second photo you can see I underlined that I ordered all Red gloves, but mine are red/white, which WERE separate options when I ordered. I messaged telling her they look amazing but confused because her display photos showed almost all red gloves and other photos showed the type I received. A week later I haven’t heard back—she changed the listing for the gloves. There are now only “insert color”/white options. She changed the photos too. Responded after my initial review with she’s sorry but they don’t have that, sent me her option photos—that she changed after my message. I feel swept under the rug.

I ordered these for my son’s senior pictures. I didn’t see the glove choice I wanted online. Melissa was quick to respond and take care of my order including the correct color and size. It was shipped quickly and arrived far before the expected date. My son’s name was correct, the gold embroidery looks beautiful and the gloves fit perfectly.
