Received my item (monogram looked great!) and shipping was quick. Unfortunately the shorts and the gloves were two totally different shades. Not what I expected for $60. I contacted the shop asking to make this right (new shorts or gloves to match) and they gave me an answer for exchange but did not give specific instructions on what was needed. A week later I asked for an update when they then expressed I would need to return the item first. It’s now too close to the party date and this exchange will not work. Great work on the items but not the experience I was hoping for for the price.

Melissa did a great job getting back to me and shipping out my order as I needed it before a certain date and she even got it delivered sooner than expected. She even fixed a personalization error on my part! The quality is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing! :)
